Tell the enemy that he have to let go!

There are so many Christians that are not living to the fullest of what Jesus has for us! We are bound. We are bound by different things. Activities, religion, good deeds, our own self and many other things. But there is a stronghold that is very real today that are keeping believers in bondage. Yes, believers. The church is weak and unprepared for battle, there is no knowledge in the word and the enemy is winning.

In April this year I dreamt that I had a dream that showed there was a scripture in Exodus missing, but that it will be revealed soon. In the dream there was a man that spoke to me, and he said that there is a piece of scripture missing in Exodus without him knowing about what I dreamt about. And so I praised God for revealing this to him. There was a tree nearby, and all of a sudden there was a black figure revealed in the crown of that tree. This figure had a black cloak over him that also covered his face. But as I started to worship the Lord, he came flying towards me very quickly. And as he came towards me his face was revealed. A bald-headed white face was revealed with white eyes. He looked like death. I got scared as he came closer but I rebuked it, but he didn’t turn away. At the same time this happened I woke up and heard myself saying; “the blood of Jesus”. The dream was very real and it shook me, then I knew that there was something God wanted to tell me.

I believe it is time for this hidden passage of Exodus to be revealed.

I started to study Exodus and read the story were God said to Moses to go back to the King of Egypt and tell him to “let My people go”.

Exodus 3:7-12says:

7 And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry, because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.

8 So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.

9 Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to me, and I have also seen the oppression of with which the Egyptians oppress them.

10 Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.

11 But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?”

12 So He said, “I will certainly be with you. And this shall be your sign to you that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve (worship, NIV) God on this mountain.”

“The children of Israel” have a double meaning here. As well as it means the Jews, it is also for us that believe in Jesus as our saviour, we are His children; Gods people. So this passage is for the bride; the church, the believer.

The Lord is saying to His church: “I have heard your prayers and your struggles, and I know the pain and suffering you have been through. But I have come through my son Jesus so that you can be free from the ones who hold you captive. I have a life in abundance for you. I have seen the stronghold that keeps you from serving me.”

Why does He want us to be free? So we can worship, serve Him and make a sacrifice to the Lord. Exodus 5:1. But the stronghold is, yes; strong. And it will not just let go like that. But God has put something in your hand…... Exodus 4:2

There are many Christians, believers, which are not in their rightful place, that are not in service to the Lord, that are not free to serve or worship him as they should. They need to be free in order to be able to serve the Lord as they should. Apathy and pride is holding a lot of them bound. They want to do something but they can’t. They are in bondage. The stronghold is called “the king of Egypt”. (The king of Egypt also represents pride.) How will this stronghold let go?

If you read further in Exodus 3:19-20:

19 But I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not even by a mighty hand.

20 so I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in its midst; and after that he will let you go.

God will use His hand, which is His people, to show wonders in the world. He wants to portray His glory through us so that the world can see who He is and give Him the glory. That He is powerful, that He can rebuke those things that holds us in bondage.

Exodus 4:21-23:

21 And the Lord said to Moses, “When you go back to Egypt, see that you do all those wonders (miracles and wonders, AMP) before Pharaoh which I have put in your hand. But I will harden his heart, so that he will not let the people go.

22 Then you shall say to Pharaoh, Thus says the Lord: “Israel is My son, my firstborn.

23 So I say to you, let my son go that he may serve me. But if you refuse to let him go, indeed I will kill your son, your firstborn.”

We need to take authority in prayer over that stronghold that is the king of Egypt in order for the Christians to be free of apathy, pride, oppression and depression. We need to tell that stronghold that wants to keep the believer in bondage to “let go”!! The Lord has given us authority over those things that keep people in bondage. The stronghold must let go sooner or later!!!! We have this promise in Exodus. Hold on in faith and prayer! The Lord will not allow the king of Egypt to keep Israel in bondage any longer.

How will the Lord show His glory in the earth? He is going to do it through His glorious bride; the church; we, as His people. He can not have a church that is crippled or in bondage, He wants us to be free in order for us to serve and worship Him at the mountain!! So take that what God has put in your hand; prayer, intercession, and tell the enemy that he have to let go!!!

(The figure in the dream represents the king of Egypt. He does not want the children of God to worship or serve the Lord, he is trying to scare you so you will not go further, but that is all he can do. He looked like death, because everywhere the king of Egypt comes there is no progress……He did not back off even when I rebuked him, because he will not let go at first. But he must let go at the end…..)

Hallelujah, glory to God the Father!

(New King James Version in all passages, if nothing else is referred to.)
